Bundlo is a small company headquartered out of Tuscaloosa, Alabma. And, "small" may be a little misleading. Hello, my name is Mark Barry and I'm the only employee. I built Bundlo because when my first child was born, I tried without success to find a website system devoted to children (not business and/or adults) that did what I wanted it to do, looked as good as I wanted it to look, and was able to help me protect my child's privacy.
Like many families today, mine is spread accross the country. So in order to keep friends and family updated on the latest happenings in my childrens' life, I had to have some way of sharing it all. I'm a graphic designer (Subata) so I'm pretty picky about how things look. And now, after building the Bundlo application, I've found out that, evidently, I'm a stickler simplicity in how things work too.
The basic idea for Bundlo is to offer a great looking, simple-to-use, affordable, and safe option for parents wanting a website for their child. And we continue to tweak and add functionality to keep making Bundlo better. Officially, Bundlo was designed and built by my design company, Subata with development from Indie Labs and Tieg.
You can keep up with Bundlo's progression and my musings on fatherhood and other things at The Bundlo Blog.
